Abacus Consulting is looking for a hardworking and focused HR Operations Associate, whose key responsibilities will be to ensure appropriate HR Process Execution in the following areas:
Skills and responsibilities
Coordinate with functional experts within the HR organization to ensure efficient and effective collaboration to effectively support the HR aspects of business initiatives.
Implement the hiring / termination, mobility & onboarding processes along with relevant reporting requirements.
Participate in workforce administration processes, including working time, leaves & absences, employees’ data recording & reporting, hiring and termination process.
Organize files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive files.
Support information flow with all departments and functions, being involved in HR processes execution.
Maintain and monitor internal controls and related documentation.
Process employees’ data according to data privacy legal framework.
BBA/MBA degree in Human Resource or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Human Resource with a focus on HR Operations.
Ability to interpret, evaluate and quickly respond to business needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skilled in Advanced Microsoft Office(With focus on Word and Excel).
