Description

Currently, we are looking for multiple Sales Executives in different cities of Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Hyderabad, Sialkot, and Faisal Abad.

This is opportunity is available to qualified personnel with or without IT background, fresh or experienced, work in the filed or from home-based, but ambitious, self-driven individual who can bring orders for Web/App Development and can sell the Website to local business owners.

As a Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your communication, business development, and sales skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients in your region and new business development, in line with monthly/annual targets.

• Represent Desn’Dev values in all dealings with customers.

• Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues are excellent and allow Desn’Dev to deliver world-beating service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying and targeting the customers in your region.

• Responding to customers’ requests in adherence to company procedures.

• New business development generated leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.

• Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.

• Identify prospects and pass leads to Desn’Dev where appropriate.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.

• Ability to communicate face-to-face or via telephone and email.

• Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.

• General higher education or sales-training and qualifications.

• Able to build relationships quickly over the phone or face to face.

• Strong networking skills.

• Able to build rapport quickly over the phone or face to face.

• Motivated self-starter.

Salary & Benefits: This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.

15% initial subscription commission!

10% commission on every next order from the same customer!

10% commission on every renewal!

The expected income could be between 20,000 to 100,000 per month. The commission is paid in a week once payment is collected from the customer.
