What You Will Do
Assist Manager Talent in development and implementation of Bank’s EB/EVP strategy.
Manage, optimize, and integrate Bank’s social media channels i.e. LinkedIn and official Careers website. Explore new channels for branding and potential sourcing of new talent.
Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote KMBL’s brand and increase awareness.
Create engaging content for digital platforms to increase followership and brand awareness.
Work closely with TA team to evaluate how employer branding is impacting the quality and traction of talent.
Coordinate with Marketing and vendors directly to arrange required branding material, such as artwork etc.
Establish and maintain linkages with academia and plan recruitment drives, awareness sessions, and workshops etc.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Devise and implement culture initiatives by leveraging Bank’s core values, to improve employee motivation and brand association.
Devise an annual engagement calendar keeping in view business needs and EB/EVP strategy.
Assist Manager Talent in developing ways to engage HiPos to improve retention.
Design and implement engagement surveys to understand employee sentiment.
Organize sports events, away-days, and other team building programs to promote cohesion between teams/departments.
Plan, budget, and manage Bank’s annual anniversary event.
New Employee Experience:
Design an excellent new employee experience by improving existing onboarding process.
Automate and digitize processes to ensure reduced TAT and ease of the customers.
Conduct new joiner orientations, office-tours, and arrange welcome packs.
Work with TA team to further amplify candidate experience.
Run surveys to identify gaps and work towards solutions.
Manage Bank’s employee communications channel responsible for the dissemination of information throughout the Bank.
Develop new ways to increase traction and penetration of HR communication throughout the network.
Use data to gauge and improve employee engagement through communication
Talent Management & Development Projects
Manage KMBL’s Summer Internship Program, including designing the program, branding, assessment center, and ongoing engagement of interns.
Contribute in key talent projects, such as workforce diversity, hiring of people with disability etc.
Collaborate with talent teams to improve recognition framework and development of total rewards policy.
What You Need
Required Education & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in employer branding, employee engagement, talent acquisition, or OD.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
Leverage creativity to generate original content.
Good influencing skills and bring energy to the environment.
Tech savvy and able to work with a variety of new technologies.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong oral presentation and communication skills.
Willing to travel across KMBL network.
