Full Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for:
Assist with the planning and coordination of programs and their activities
Monitor implementation of program policies and practices
Coordinate projects, prepare reports, evaluation reports on short-term and long-term
goals.
Work to keep programs on schedule and functioning smoothly
Support program growth and development as necessary
Coordinate program communications
Coordinate interactions and facilitate positive relationships between the senior
management and other team members
Schedule and organize program-related meetings and events
Create and maintain program records, reports, presentations, and proposals
Manage marketing and communications (media relations, social media)
Work closely with senior management
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelors or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Business Administration, Social Development, and/or Education
2-3 years of related work experience
Analytical and strategic thinking/results orientation.
Knowledge management and leadership.
Ability to perform a variety of specialized tasks related to Results-Based Management,
including support to design, planning, and implementation of programs, managing data, and reporting.
