Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Required Education:
The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Excellent verbal communication and comprehension.
Neutral or non-inflicted American accent.
Basic computer, Internet search, and written communication skills.
Experience in handling international clients via telephone, email, and live chat.
Candidates with foreign education and experience are also encouraged to apply.
Preference:
Call Center Experience (CSR).
Customer Support Representative working with the International Brands.
Shift Timings: 7 pm to 4 am
