Who are we: Chiragh is a YouTube series and soon-to-be gamified app that leverages animation to cover the entire primary school curriculum from nursery-grade 5 in local Pakistani languages in an effort to eradicate language barriers from the process of learning.

A natural salesman/saleswoman who is passionate about fixing the education crisis of Pakistan.

Experience in EdTech space for 2+ years and familiar with startup culture
Sales experience in tech and school-related resources
Good pitching skills
Good people/communication skills
Self-starter and go-getter who meets deadlines
Organized & able to prioritize
Able to take the lead but also open to feedback
Experience in TCF or another educational non-profit is a bonus
Have contacts in the schooling industry of Karachi at least
What you should expect to do in this role:
Dedicate approx 20 hrs a week to Chiragh (part-time salary)
Be CEO’s right hand
Monetize Chiragh, by executing the planned income streams and proposing more income streams
Disseminate marketing research survey amongst parents and primary schools
Accompany marketing researcher on school focus groups
Talk to schools and build a pipeline for our LMS and other offerings
Conduct parent focus groups with our marketing researcher to gain insights for our B2C app and branded merchandise, both of which are being built
Get branded merchandise designed, produced and create a plan to sell it, including its pipeline, end to end, sell the merchandise
Pitch at pitch competitions in absence of the CEO
Liaise with funding lead
Reach out to brands/corps for custom miniseries
