Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Education & Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role
Master’s Degree from a reputed institute
