JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and verify shipping documents.

Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory in SAP.

Must ensure about the availability of the materials, if shortage then communicates to the Production department.

Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned

Provide detailed reports

Preserve records and prepare related reports.

Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, and space management, logistics, and floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.

Scanning and filing of bilties and delivery orders in SAP and intimate respective sales personnel regarding delivery status and completion.

Check the goods transferred physically against good transfer documents and update them in SAP.

Printing of Cartons stickers as when required.

Prepare Delivery order and packing list document.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Graduation.

2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping

Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management

Ability to operate forklifts and other machines effectively.

Salary up to 30000.
