Luna Care is looking for Area Sales Manager across Pakistan to contribute to the Company’s sales objectives and deliver outstanding results.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be:
Working in a dynamic sales environment
Responsible for driving, appointing, and negotiating with Distributors/Customers on driving sales consistently ensuring S&OP implementation across the area
Responsible for driving numeric distribution, listing Modern Trade customers, developing a strong in-store presence, keeping monthly sales results on track, all while building team engagement
Job Responsibilities
Create and manage sales plan to deliver agreed channel, volume and revenue KPIs, targets, and provide reporting and competition updates as required
Appoint and manage Distributors
Ensure Distributor ROIs and smooth operations
Ensure TTS budgets are in line with agreed objectives
Lead, coach, and monitor Sales team including Distributors
Ensure delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly volume and value targets
Listing of wholesale, diaper houses, and LMT/IMTs
Ensure execution of Trade Marketing Plans
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
5 - 7 years of experience in Sales & Distributor management
Proven track record in consistently exceeding sales targets
Have negotiated BDAs with IMTs and LMTs
Experienced in managing GT, MT, WS, and e-commerce channels
Have launched new brands in the past, ideally at a new company
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build long term business relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop oneself and the team
