Description
Location: ShaheenComplex, Lahore.
Salary: 30k Basic + 5k performance-based incentive
Responsibilities:
Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Profile Requirements:
Good communication skills (English)
Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus
Should be flexible for shifts (females will be given priority for morning timings)
