CoinBitSolutions has more than 5 years’ experience in Blockchain development and complex IT solutions needing explanation as well as sales methods. Its portfolio is solely IT oriented: from a custom solutions development to a best complex Blockchain and AI solutions seller.

What we are searching for:

A high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Representative with English to join our marketing team. The representatives will help generate new leads and opportunities by strategically identifying clients of all levels, that have attended technical events all over the globe.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding of qualifying customer opportunities.

What you'll do:

Manage, qualify, and profile new leads from the database of companies that had attended specific IT and technical events with the aim to produce qualified opportunities

Interact with and qualify prospects via phone and email

Promoting and selling IT products and Blockchain solutions; cross-selling; closing the deals and preparing offers and contracts;

Collection of information about needs, requirements, budget and expectations of clients; generation and qualification of new sales opportunities for the clients;

Identifying, creating and nurturing sales opportunities;

Negotiating in the process of pre-sales;

Provide market feedback and specific feedback to the direct management, to ensure continuous process optimization and a structured/productive communication flow.

Requirements:

Very good command in English.

More than 2 years of experience in actual IT and Blockchain solution selling – negotiating with a customer, defining client’s needs, price negotiation, contract closure

Working with SAP products will be seriously advantaged;

Strong communication and networking skills;

Highly energetic, innovative and proactive individual.

Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
