What You’ll Do:

• Efficiently involve in preparation of submission drawings as per authority’s bylaws.

• Close coordination with local authority’s officials for the approval of project and managing them throughout the approval process.

• Must be well aware of building codes and local authorities’ bylaws.

• Review and work closely with design team for the submission drawings.

• Prepare drawings, legal documents & certificates as per authority’s requirements.

• Redesign urban spaces to make them safer and more environmentally-friendly.

• Vigilant in supervising the sites about the space utilization authority’s bylaws.

• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.

• Modify existing plans and requirements to fit as per group management’s needs.

• Attend site visits and official meetings.

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Soft skills are required i.e AutoCAD, or any other related software.

• Providing solutions to resolve design issues.

• Leadership and good communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with renowned firms.

• B.Sc. CRP / Registered with PCATP
