•Lead generation and a continuous follow up those leads to convert them into sales
•Coordinate with local online stores and key account, plan and execute with the senior management the sales plans
•Plan and execute local and international food exhibitions
•Budget preparation for the company in terms of revenue and keeping margins inline while securing order
•Ensure sufficient business and backlog.
•Secure long-term contracts for business continuity
•Regular client visits to ensure customer relationship
•Diversification of business with current customers and new clientele
•Develop and implement 3-Yr Plan for business growth / diversification & maintain quarterly update as per the targets to achieve the plan.
•Recover receivables in the market and ensure payment cycle is intact during the fiscal year
Qualification & Experience: BE / BSc / BBA as a minimum requirement, MBA is preferred with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
•Excellent communication and writing skills having strong negotiation skills
•Grip on MS Office
