ROLE SUMMARY:
The role is ideally suited for someone who loves to take challenges that promise to dwell upon innovation and modernization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Regular market visits for Sales, Business & Relationship development.
• Actively involvement with customer at pre-sales level.
• Identification of tier wise opportunity in the market – tapping each tier to generate sales leads.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
• Categorization of potential customer, customer segmentation, and building relationships with key accounts.
• Get the company registered and pre-qualified in the target organizations.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Preparing business proposals in collaboration with Product team.
• Participating in tenders by collecting information from within organization and filling out tender to assure complete submittal.
• Organizing framework to assure visibility of RFQs/Tenders in industry and participating in them.
• Credit management and risk minimization keeping in view potential of respective account
• Delivery of monthly sales volume and KPI for respective region/area.

• Ability to develop and manage sales.
• Should have strong negotiation & communication skills.
• Result oriented with a strong analytical & interpersonal skill.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to establish effective relationships within the team.
• Cross functional collaboration.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Essential: BS EE/IT
MBA would be a plus.
• Experience 2-3 years (min)
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
Candidate should have clear understanding of sales, customer management, business development, lead generation & deal closure.
