Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
· Active follow up to timely resolve customers’ issues.
· Provide after sale service to customers.
· Handle queries originating from social media.
Good command on Ms. Office
Excellent communication skills
Good command on Urdu and English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business or similar discipline
Experience: 1-2 years of experience of working in same capacity (Retail industry preferably apparel)
