Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Design robust, scalable and secure features
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards)
• Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design

Qualification

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in related field

Experience

• Proven minimum 2 years of work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
• Proven minimum 2 years work experience in software development industry

Skills

• Amazing English speaking and writing abilities
• Experience developing highly interactive applications
• A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
• Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
• Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery
• Working knowledge of relational databases or NoSQL databases
• Practical hands on experience of using Git and third party APIs'
• Excellent development skills for Web Services, Rest APIs'
• Experience in DevOps would be a plus
