Topaz Group of Companies is looking for an Admin & Accounts Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Responsible for Office Refreshment Arrangement (Tea Coffee and Water)
Other day-to-day operational matters.
Knowledge of administration operation, and facilitation management.
Must have knowledge of accounting activities like general ledgers, posting and vouchers
Vendor Management
Raising purchase requests of required items in the office.
Requirements:
Only Female Candidate May Apply
Intermediate or Bachelors Degree
1-2 years of administrative experience in the corporate or real estate or working for senior-level management
Will be reporting to the management.
Proven ability or experience in handling and managing critical, sensitive or complex matters in a confidential and professional manager.
Excellent leadership skills for dealing.
Must have Strong Communication and Administrative Skills.
Should be proficient in MS. Excel for expense dealing.
