Full Job Description
Financial Plan - Planning of the company’s weekly and monthly cash flows by tracking all receipts and payments.
Vendor Management - Liaison with vendors to communicate about payment schedules.
Billing - Posting bills without delay to ensure that all partner ledgers are upto date.
Record Keeping - Maintaining all physical documents as per set rules.
Wages - Disbursement of weekly wages based upon job cards created by the work center head.
Salaries - Disbursement of monthly salaries based upon payslips created by the HR Manager.
Reconciliations - Reconciling all cash and bank entries at closing.
Cheque Books - Safe and secure storage of the company’s cheque books. To make cheques for payments and to maintain a record of the post dated cheques that have been paid.
Payments - Ensuring correct and timely entries for bank and cash accounts.
Taxation - Filing and reconciling of income and sales tax returns.
Invoicing - Raising invoices against purchase orders received from customers.
Commercial Documents - Managing all documents required for import/export such as packing lists, invoices, goods’ declarations, airway bills, electronic import forms etc.
Rebate & DLTL - Managing all documentation and procedures for refund claims.
Bank Liaison - Engaging with banks to process foreign receipts/payments.
Shipping Agents - Liaise with shipping companies and manage documents to arrange for import/export.
